Seeking Factory Workers
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Factory Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the production process in our factory. Duties may include operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting and packing finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble products or parts according to specifications
- Operate machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines and training
- Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure they meet company standards
- Pack and label finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous factory experience a plus
