Seeking Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our bolted tank construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, a strong understanding of construction principles and practices, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of the construction project, from initial planning to final closeout
  • Coordinating with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Developing and managing project budgets and schedules
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Leading and managing project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Managing project risks and issues, and developing and implementing mitigation strategies

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong understanding of bolted tank construction. They will also have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in project management software and systems
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed
